Full Payment is required for orders less than 2 months before the event date and must be made before/by the Payment Due in order to confirm the order booking.
For orders scheduled more than 2 months ahead, Deposit Payment of 50% must be made before/by stipulated date in Payment Due in order to confirm the order booking.
The balance payment to be made upon the agreed payment schedule
Balance payment of 50% must be made 1 (ONE) week before event date; with some allowance until before delivery on the day of event on condition that Dolce Zhra is informed of the delayed payment request.
If balance payment is not done prior/before to delivery the latest, Dolce Zhra reserve the rights to withhold the cake until payment is made.
Please provide the payment slip as a proof of payment to confirm the order booking.
Cancellations for custom cake have to be informed 1 (ONE) week earlier than event date and eligible for full refund. Any cancellations informed less than the said period is not eligible for deposit/full refunds.
Cake design is allowed to be rectified and must be informed the latest 2 (TWO) weeks before the event. Any discrepancies in the total price amount of the new design & cake size will be added/deducted from the balance payment. In the case of the deducted amount, please provide your bank account number for Dolce Zhra to process the refund or opt for order credit.
Refunds will be processed within 7 (SEVEN) working days.
Order Credit will be kept in your respective account and deducted from your next order.

Food produced in Dolce Zhra are made with Halal-certified ingredients [Muslim baker].
Please read and follow the Cake Care Guide. Once the cakes have reach the customer’s hand, Dolce Zhra is not liable for any incident and not obligated to rectify the cake.
Delivery:
For delivery arranged by Dolce Zhra, we will take responsibility should any incident occur during transportation [delays, damages etc.].

Please be cautious with the decoration items and remove it before consuming:
Fondant, Figurines, and certain decorations are made of edible ingredient however most designs have dowels, toothpicks or styrofoam for support.
Fresh flowers are coated with beeswax or flower tape from touching the cakes.
For tall cakes and tiered cakes, dowels and skewers are inserted in between the cake for support.
Cake orders are only processed once the payment is received on Dolce Zhra’s end. No payment means no cake will be made. Please make sure your due diligence to ensure the cake is ready in time for your event.

The price for custom cake depends on the design and the cake design chosen. Thus, no definite fixed price. Do share with me the design and size preferred, and I’ll quote you accordingly.

Dolce Zhra is based in Bandar Baru Sentul, Kuala Lumpur.
Self Pick Up is available from 11am-8pm. Pick up location is in Bandar Baru Sentul, KL.
Delivery is available too from 11am-8pm. The charges is subjected to location distance. Please provide full address for the exact rate.
*If you are arranging your own delivery, please select “Car” for vehicle choice. Any incident happened during transportation arranged by customer, Dolce Zhra will not be held accountable.

No. All of the cakes are made to order and pre-order notice must be made 3-7days early with payment booking confirmation.

Yes, most certainly. I highly encourage for you disclose the amount if you are on a budget. I will recommend the best options of the cake design within your budget range.
Please note the price quoted is the best offer I can give. The price is factored by the cost of ingredients, time, labor and skills taken in producing the cake specifically made for you.

You may opt in collecting/delivering the cake a day earlier.
Please consult with Dolce Zhra for advice in having your cake in time of event. -
The earliest available time for collection/delivery is at 11am and latest at 8pm.
If you need it outside of these hours, please opt to collect/deliver the cake a day earlier. The cake can last 2-7 days and to be kept in recommended storage depending on the design.

To produce a custom made product for you, I do need time for preparation that includes planning, baking, outsourcing resources, producing the decoration pieces.
Depending on the design, some may take time more than the other. With multiple orders some planning is required to ensure that each client will receive their order at the requested date in timely manner.

Here at Dolce Zhra, cakes are sold by its size (dimension), not by weight.
Different cake recipes have different mass but it can have the same volume. Example: a 6-inch Sponge Cake (500g) and 6-inch Butter Cake (1kg) is the same size but different in weight. Both cakes serves 10 pax.
In most cases, when cutting cake, we will count by portion or number of people. Not by weighing each slice.
Hence it is more reasonable to choose by cake size than weight

Making an order via call is not suitable especially for custom cakes as miscommunication may occur such as missing details and misinterpretation.
